The protective film is made of various materials such as PE PET OPP, etc., which is mainly used in the process of manufacturing and finished product shipment, and functions as a protective film; the wound film is a very thin film made of PE material. High tensile strength, is used for packaging, like this logistics freight express company used to pack more; composite film is composed of several materials, such as PE and PET synthesis, this is more than the general pe temperature resistance effect Stronger

PE breathable membrane:

The gas-permeable membrane of various fields of human life contains a large proportion of ultra-fine density inorganic filler, which is processed by the casting micro-embossing process to form micropores, and the density of micropores is large, so that the gas permeable membrane has a high Moisture permeability, only gas permeable without leakage of liquid. It is a new material developed rapidly in the world. It is called a breathable film and is widely used in various fields of human being because of its breathable and impervious properties. Such as personal care, clothing and textiles, health care, agriculture, food packaging and other construction, packaging, outdoor equipment and other fields.

Characteristics of PE film:

For non-breathable membranes, it has the following characteristics:

1. Excellent gas permeability with superior and uniform gas permeability, effectively separating moisture, discharging hot gas and moisture

2. More skin-friendly softness, excellent hand feeling, making the product softer and more comfortable

3. Optimum physical and mechanical properties with excellent tensile and elongation properties

4. PE has good chemical resistance, is not easy to corrode, and is difficult to print.

Classification of PE film:

PE material is polyethylene, which is the largest variety of plastic materials. It is a polymer material synthesized from polyethylene. Basically divided into two categories: low density polyethylene LDPE; high density polyethylene

HDPE. PE materials are classified into five grades according to internationally uniform standards: PE32, PE40, PE63, PE80 and PE100. The PE pipe used for the water supply pipe is made of high-density polyethylene HDPE, the grade is PE80, the MRS of PE100 reaches 8MPA, and the MRS of PE100 reaches 10MPA. MRS refers to the tensile stress intensity of the pipe.

PE is a typical crystalline polymer. It has many types, commonly used LDPE and HDPE. It is a translucent plastic with low strength and a specific gravity of 0.94g/cm3 (smaller than water). LDPE is softer (commonly known as soft rubber). HDPE is commonly called hard soft rubber. It is harder than LDPE, has poor light transmittance and high crystallinity.
